This is done through the Categories & Forums located under General. Where you wish to apply a sub forum, click the SuB forums? Ajouter button, and enter the details you wish.

For an image explanation:

Display -> Structures & Hierachy -> Split Categories on Index -> Medium.

Also, I'm sure someone with a help forum should know these basic things.

Everyone is open to learning whether or not they have a Help forum, and I honestly asked for an answer not your review of my technical abilities, sorry if you see my answer a bit straight or rude but I don't appreciate people personal comments but that doesn't necessarily mean I don't under stand your criticism.

Sorry, but my comment in no way reflects your experience. I have an obselete experience of CSS. My main intention of my post was to explain my inexperience in a certain area at this moment.
